7.1 Production process
The guide wire mainly production process includes: electrochemical machining, extrusion, cutting, hydrophilic coating, Packaging sealing, EO sterilization. The detail information see MA-PFC-GW-002-A0< Production Flow Chart >.
7.1.1 Electrochemical Machining Process
We adopt electrochemical machining principle, the nickel and titanium core wire is grinding into a specified shape, avoiding the powder produced by the grinding of ordinary machinery. The electrochemical Machining process validation were performed, and edited < Electrochemical Machining SOP>.
7.1.2 Extrusion Process
The extrusion molding principle is used to wrap the plastic-clad layer tightly on the grinding core wire and realize the continuous extrusion.The extrusion process validation were performed, and edited < Extrusion Process SOP>.
7.1.3 Hydrophilic coating Process
The hydrophilic coating material is polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), the hydrophilic coating solution was coated around the polymer jacket. The hydrophilic coating Process validation were performed, and edited < Hydrophilic coating Process SOP>.

7.2.1 Raw Materials Quality Control

7.2.2 In-process Control

7.2.3 Final Quality Control
