Product Description

The guide wire is designed to peripheral blood vessels intervention treatment, guiding and positioning catheter inserted into the blood vessels.

7.1 Production process
The guide wire mainly production process includes: electrochemical machining, extrusion, cutting, hydrophilic coating, Packaging sealing, EO sterilization. 
7.1.1 Electrochemical Machining Process
We adopt electrochemical machining principle, the nickel and titanium core wire is grinding into a specified shape, avoiding the powder produced by the grinding of ordinary machinery. 
7.1.2 Extrusion Process
The extrusion molding principle is used to wrap the plastic-clad layer tightly on the grinding core wire and realize the continuous extrusion.
7.1.3 Hydrophilic coating Process
The hydrophilic coating material is polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), the hydrophilic coating solution was coated around the polymer jacket.

7.2.1 Raw Materials Quality Control

7.2.2 In-process Control
We have estambilished < Guide wire's In-process Products' Specification >. Usually the operators carry out the self-check, and QC responsble for first article inspection and last article inspection. Sampling inspection taked by QC in manufacturering process.If found rejects, then need to deel with < Nonconforming Product Control Procedure >.
7.2.3 Final Quality Control
