The Radiopaque marker band swaging uses a high-speed rotating motor to forge the marker band with 360 degrees and fix it on the tube.
It is suitable for the swaging of marker band to the tubes used for balloon catheters and electrophysiological catheters.
Using the same swaging dies as the SGA & SGB marker band swagers, products are fed by hand into the swaging die. These simple band swagers are a great low-cost option for low-volume swaging. They can also be upgraded to a band swager with touch-screen recipe control and automated product feeding.
